Reservations & payments
After you made the reservation you will immediately receive an email with the booking confirmation. To guarantee your stay, we ask you for a deposit of 30%. This deposit must be paid within 48 hours after the reservation had been made. The remaining amount must be paid in full 30 days before arrival. For reservations less than 30 days before arrival, the entire amount must be paid immediately. We request that you check the confirmation and inform us if it is incorrect. The rates on the confirmation are binding. All rates on the website are in US dollars.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. Any earlier check-in or later check-out is negotiable based on availability, ask for the rates at the reception. On the day of departure, even after check-out, you are welcome to use the swimming pool and the pool bar.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, no charges will apply. If you cancel within 30 days before arrival, 100% of the amount will be charged. We advise you to buy a travel and cancellation insurance. This way you are well insured against unexpected cancellations or delays.

Additional information

• The maximum occupancy of the studios is 2 people, the maximum occupancy of the apartments is 4 people and 1 baby.
• The minimum length of stay is 4 nights.
• The minimum age of the head booker is 18.
• Pets are not allowed at Belnem House Bonaire, with the exception of guide dogs. The dog must not be left unattended, must always be kept on a leash and is also not allowed near the swimming pool. Proof of the required guide dog must be presented for reservations prior to arrival.
• Smoking is not allowed in the suites or apartments, including the balconies and terraces. If our smoking policy is violated, a cleaning fee will be charged to you. Smoking is allowed in the specially designated place.
• The pool is accessible at your own risk. Pool rules apply, including the prohibition of air mattresses or other large inflatable toys, and minimizing activities such as running and shouting. We are an Adult Friendly resort.
• The rent includes water and electricity consumption.
• Playing loud music is not allowed. We respect everyone's rest between 22:00 in the evening and 8:00 in the morning.
• Belnem House Bonaire is in no way liable for the loss, theft or damage of property during the stay. Belnem House Bonaire is also not liable for any malfunctions or interruptions of technical installations and equipment.
• Guests of Belnem House Bonaire are liable for loss and/or damage suffered by Belnem House Bonaire as a direct or indirect result of their stay.
• In the event of incorrect use of the booked accommodation or inappropriate leaving of this accommodation, any additional costs, such as an extra cleaning, will be charged to the guest.
