To get to this paradise island, you will have to take a plane. On average, you can fly from the US or Canada to Bonaire in under five hours on a direct flight. Alongside the US and Canada, you can also reach Bonaire from nearby islands, making island-hopping a breeze if you want to visit Aruba or Curaçao. The airport you land at, Bonaire International Airport (also called Flamingo Airport), is only two kilometers (1.2 miles) from Belnem House Bonaire. What is the best month to go to Bonaire?
Bonaire is a top destination year-round with temperatures around 30°C. The months of February through June are most popular because of the little precipitation and wonderful trade winds. For the most tranquility and clear blue sea (ideal for divers), September through November are recommended.
Can you fly to Bonaire directly?
You can fly directly to Bonaire from Miami, Atlanta, Houston, Newark and Toronto with American Airlines, Delta, United or Westjet. On average, a direct flight to the island takes 3 - 5 hours. It is also possible to fly to Bonaire with a stop in Aruba or Curaçao.
Is there a transfer from the airport to the resort?
We can arrange a transfer from the airport for you. Our driver will wait for you in the arrival hall and take you directly to Belnem House Bonaire. If you would like to take advantage of this arrangement, please contact us. The fee is $15 per person for pick-up and drop-off.
